    If your charms are damaged upon arrival, please e-mail customer care at charmedblvd@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. 


    Be sure to include a confirmation number, photo of charms, and a descriptive claim of dissatisfaction. Please be sure to submit the correct shipping address for your order. We will not replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.
